Our bold hair chalk can be used wet or dry! Mix the powder with a little bit of water or your choice of hair oil, continue until made into a smooth paste. Apply to hair in sections using the soft hair chalk brush. Feel free to mix-n-match colors! They also wash off easily so no need to worry about the mess! Finish off the cool look with some No Nasties Nail Stickers.
